シンガポール、大阪・東京を凌駕する超高層化都市

　シンガポールの中心部・ダウンタウンの超高層ビル群は、２５０ｍ〜２８０ｍが６棟、２００ｍ〜２５０ｍが１９棟、１００ｍ以上

の超高層ビルが８６棟あり、しかも狭いエリアに密集する。超高層化ポイント（１００ｍ以上・ビルの高さ合計）は１５４３８である。

これは、大阪（梅田・中之島）の超高層化ポイント・８６４３（ビル数６２）、東京（新宿）の同ポイント数・６６９５（ビル数４３）

を、遥かに凌ぐ。大阪のように、３００ｍ級のスーパートール・超高層ビルはないが、シンガポールは２８０ｍの高さ制限がある為である。

　この為、超高層ビル群を観光するための価値があり、同観光の展望台（マリーナベイ・サンズ、世界一の観覧車、ベイサイド広場）

などの施設・観光船・イベント（ワンダフルショー）などが、充実している。

また、ニューヨーク・シカゴ・ホンコンのように超高層ビル群がウオーターフロント（ベイサイド）にあることが、超高層ビル群の景観を、さらに

美しく・迫力あるものにしている。
